The Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective water fitness classes based on YMCA Standards & Guidelines.
HOURLY RATE; $20-$22 PER SESSION (HALF-HOUR SESSIONS)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related field.
• Current CPR/AED certifications.
• Must have an Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute certification.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Conduct initial client assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve clients' mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Continuously assess and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of therapy equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with other staff, to provide comprehensive client care.
• Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards, as well as YMCA policies and procedures.
